1. Our commitment
Draper Security LLC wants AdvisoryLoom to be usable by people with a wide range of abilities, technologies, and access needs. We aim to improve accessibility over time and to consider recognized accessibility practices, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, where reasonably practicable.
This statement describes a goal and ongoing effort; it is not a representation that every page, document, linked source, or third-party service currently satisfies every accessibility criterion.
2. Measures we take
- use semantic headings, labels, landmarks, and meaningful link text;
- support keyboard navigation and visible focus where practicable;
- maintain readable color contrast and text scaling;
- provide alternative text for meaningful images when available;
- test important account and application workflows with common accessibility checks;
- include accessibility in design, development, and issue-remediation work; and
- review feedback from users with disabilities.
3. Third-party content
AdvisoryLoom links to publisher articles, vendor advisories, government pages, Stripe-hosted billing, Cloudflare Turnstile, and other third-party content. Draper Security LLC does not control the accessibility of third-party sites or services, but we welcome reports about barriers encountered when using an integration from AdvisoryLoom.
4. Requesting help or an accommodation
If you cannot access information or complete a function, email support@advisoryloom.com with the subject “Accessibility Request.” Describe the page or feature, the barrier, the assistive technology and browser if relevant, and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for the request.
We will make a reasonable effort to acknowledge the request, investigate, and provide an accessible alternative or other reasonable assistance when practicable. Response and remediation times depend on the issue and whether a third party is involved.
