Ownership and attribution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AdvisoryLoom and its original software, design, branding, taxonomies, summaries, analysis, intelligence cards, and editorial material are owned by Draper Security LLC or its licensors. Third-party publishers, vendors, government bodies, vulnerability authorities, and other sources retain ownership of their original content, names, logos, and trademarks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A link, citation, headline reference, excerpt, or summary does not transfer ownership to Draper Security LLC and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Permitted use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subject to the Terms of Use and Service, users may view AdvisoryLoom and use its material for personal or internal business research. Brief quotations may be used when legally permitted and accompanied by clear attribution and a link to the relevant AdvisoryLoom page. No right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, syndicate, scrape, create a competing database, remove rights notices, or republish paid analysis is granted without prior written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Permission requests and editorial corrections<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For permission to reuse AdvisoryLoom material, email support@advisoryloom.com with the content, intended use, audience, format, territory, and duration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A factual correction, attribution concern, or broken-link report is not necessarily a copyright notice. Send those requests to support@advisoryloom.com with the relevant URL, the disputed statement, and supporting source information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Copyright infringement notice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe material available through AdvisoryLoom infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice containing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, for multiple works, a representative list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, including the exact AdvisoryLoom URL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send notices to: Copyright Contact, Draper Security LLC, 2746 Kirby Road, Draper, VA 24324; support@advisoryloom.com. Use the subject &#8220;Copyright Notice.&#8221; If Draper Security LLC later publishes a different designated DMCA agent in the U.S. Copyright Office directory, notices intended for statutory DMCA processing should be sent to that listed agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Response to a notice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may remove or disable access to material, seek additional information, notify the person responsible for the material, preserve relevant records, or take other appropriate action. We may forward the notice, including contact information, to the affected party. Removal does not necessarily mean we agree that infringement occurred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Counter-notice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If material you provided was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that action resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your physical or electronic signature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your name, address, and telephone number, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court and accepting service of process from the original complainant or that person&#8217;s agent, as required by applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send the counter-notice to the same Copyright Contact. We may restore material when legally permitted unless the original complainant timely notifies us of a filed court action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Repeat infringement and abuse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When appropriate, Draper Security LLC may terminate accounts of repeat infringers and may act against users who repeatedly submit infringing material. We may also reject or respond to knowingly false, fraudulent, abusive, or materially incomplete notices. A person who knowingly misrepresents infringement or removal may face liability under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. No legal advice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This process is provided for reporting purposes and is not legal advice.
