The recurring-payment terms for AdvisoryLoom Professional subscriptions processed through Stripe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This policy applies to paid AdvisoryLoom subscriptions purchased directly from Draper Security LLC. It supplements the Terms of Use and Service and the terms displayed at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As of the effective date, AdvisoryLoom Professional is configured at US $9.99 per month or US $90.00 per year. The price, currency, billing interval, taxes, and material terms displayed in Stripe Checkout immediately before you authorize payment are the terms for your purchase. Do not complete checkout if the displayed amount or interval is unexpected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Free plan does not require payment. Features and usage limits vary by plan and may change as described in the Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A paid subscription automatically renews for successive periods matching the selected billing interval until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Draper Security LLC and Stripe to charge the payment method on file at the start of each renewal period for the subscription price and applicable taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Your renewal date generally corresponds to the date your paid subscription began, subject to Stripe’s billing rules and any plan change. The Stripe receipt or customer portal shows the next billing date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stripe processes payment-card and billing information. Draper Security LLC does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. We may retain Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the selected price and billing period, subscription status, and transaction records needed to provide access, reconcile payments, prevent fraud, address disputes, and meet legal obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the portal is unavailable, email support@advisoryloom.com from the address associated with your account before the next renewal date. Include only the information needed to identify the account; never email payment-card details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the portal or applicable law states otherwise, access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period and the cancellation becomes effective then. Canceling does not automatically delete your AdvisoryLoom account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Payments are generally nonrefundable, and Draper Security LLC does not ordinarily provide prorated refunds or credits for partial periods, unused features, forgotten cancellations, or account inactivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We may, in our discretion, approve a full or partial refund for a duplicate charge, confirmed billing error, material service failure, exceptional circumstance, or when required by law. Request review within 30 days of the charge by emailing support@advisoryloom.com. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and reason, but do not send complete card or bank information. A discretionary refund in one case does not create an obligation in another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge and may ask you to update the payment method. Paid features may be limited or suspended if payment remains unresolved. You remain responsible for amounts properly incurred before cancellation. Restoring access after payment may require subscription reconciliation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We may change prices or plan features prospectively. For an existing paid subscription, we will provide any advance notice required by law before a new price applies to a renewal. If you do not accept the change, cancel before the renewal at which it takes effect. Promotional or grandfathered pricing may be subject to separate disclosed conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prices may exclude taxes unless checkout states otherwise. Contact us promptly about a suspected billing error so we can investigate. Initiating a chargeback does not itself cancel a subscription. We may suspend access associated with disputed or reversed payments while the matter is reviewed, consistent with applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
