AdvisoryLoom is a brand and product operated by Draper Security LLC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The principal agreement governing access to AdvisoryLoom, user accounts, paid features, acceptable use, intellectual property, and liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Agreement and operator<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms of Use and Service (&#8220;Terms&#8221;) are a binding agreement between you and Draper Security LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. AdvisoryLoom is a brand and product operated by Draper Security LLC. In these Terms, &#8220;AdvisoryLoom,&#8221; &#8220;we,&#8221; &#8220;us,&#8221; and &#8220;our&#8221; refer to Draper Security LLC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By accessing or using AdvisoryLoom, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, Cybersecurity Information and AI Disclaimer, and any plan-specific terms presented at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Eligibility and authority<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to create an account or purchase a subscription. If you use AdvisoryLoom for an employer or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. AdvisoryLoom is not directed to children under 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Service description and boundaries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AdvisoryLoom gathers, organizes, summarizes, and presents cybersecurity news and external intelligence. Depending on the plan, the service may include saved items, watchlists, Intelligence Profiles, Intelligence Objects, zero-day candidate alerts, and AI-generated briefings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AdvisoryLoom is an informational publication and research aid. It is not a vulnerability scanner, asset inventory, managed security service, security operations center, incident-response service, legal or compliance adviser, or substitute for qualified professional judgment. It does not determine whether a product is present, exposed, vulnerable, patched, compromised, secure, or compliant in your environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Accounts and security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep account credentials confidential and use a unique password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not share, sell, sublicense, or transfer account access unless an applicable plan expressly permits it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notify us promptly at support@advisoryloom.com if you suspect unauthorized access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may require email verification, anti-abuse challenges, password resets, or other reasonable security steps. We may temporarily restrict an account when necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Acceptable use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may use AdvisoryLoom only for lawful informational, research, and internal business purposes. You may not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>violate law, third-party rights, or contractual obligations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>copy, scrape, harvest, republish, resell, mirror, or systematically extract the service or paid analysis except as expressly permitted in writing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>circumvent paywalls, access controls, usage limits, rate limits, or security safeguards;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>probe, scan, or test AdvisoryLoom except strictly under the published Vulnerability Disclosure Policy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>introduce malware, attempt credential attacks, interfere with availability, or impose an unreasonable load;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use another person&#8217;s account or access data that is not yours;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reverse engineer or attempt to derive non-public source code except where a non-waivable law expressly permits it;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use AdvisoryLoom content to train or improve a machine-learning model without our prior written permission; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>misrepresent AdvisoryLoom content, source attribution, AI output, or your relationship with Draper Security LLC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. User-provided information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You retain ownership of information you enter into the service. You grant us a limited license to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. Some personalization data is designed to remain in an encrypted vault on your device; you are responsible for maintaining any desired encrypted backup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not submit secrets, passwords, private keys, regulated personal data, protected health information, export-controlled data, or information you lack authority to provide. Optional context entered for an AI briefing may be transmitted to the configured AI provider after you acknowledge the transmission notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Subscriptions and billing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Billing is processed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation mechanics, and refund rules are described in the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy and at checkout. If checkout terms conflict with a general description elsewhere on the site, the terms displayed and accepted at checkout control for that purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AdvisoryLoom, its software, design, branding, original summaries, analysis, intelligence cards, taxonomy, and other original material are owned by Draper Security LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party publishers, vendors, and authorities retain ownership of their original materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the service for personal or internal business purposes during your authorized access period. No other license is granted. See the Copyright and DMCA Policy for reporting alleged infringement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Third-party content and services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AdvisoryLoom may link to or summarize third-party reporting, vendor advisories, government publications, vulnerability records, and other external materials. We do not control third-party content and do not guarantee its accuracy, availability, security, or continued existence. Links do not necessarily imply endorsement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The service may depend on providers such as web hosting, Stripe, Cloudflare Turnstile, email-delivery services, and an AI provider. Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider&#8217;s terms and privacy practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. AI-generated content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. It is labeled as AI generated and is not human reviewed unless expressly stated. You must independently verify material facts and decisions against authoritative sources and qualified personnel. The Cybersecurity Information and AI Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Availability, changes, and beta features<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any feature; correct errors; change usage limits; or introduce new features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Preview, beta, or experimental features may change or be withdrawn without notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Suspension and termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may stop using AdvisoryLoom at any time. You may cancel a paid subscription through the available billing portal and may request account deletion through the account controls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, failed to pay, created security or legal risk, abused the service, or when suspension is required by law. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination-including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms-will survive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Disclaimer of warranties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVISORYLOOM IS PROVIDED &#8220;AS IS&#8221; AND &#8220;AS AVAILABLE.&#8221; DRAPER SECURITY LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, SECURITY, AND AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL IDENTIFY EVERY VULNERABILITY, THREAT, EXPLOIT, OR AFFECTED PRODUCT, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE ERROR FREE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAPER SECURITY LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; SECURITY INCIDENTS; OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ADVISORYLOOM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DRAPER SECURITY LLC FOR ADVISORYLOOM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) US $100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Indemnification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you use AdvisoryLoom for business purposes, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Draper Security LLC and its personnel from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by Draper Security LLC&#8217;s own unlawful conduct. Consumer rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Governing law and disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply. Before filing a claim, you and Draper Security LLC agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter by written notice. Subject to applicable law, any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction over Draper Security LLC&#8217;s principal office in Virginia. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using an available small-claims process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Changes to these Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law or when changes materially affect existing paid subscriptions. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel before the change takes effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. General terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms and the incorporated policies are the entire agreement about AdvisoryLoom unless a separate written agreement signed by Draper Security LLC applies. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19.
